1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the KOVE Seoul website at https://koveseoul.com (https://koveseoul.com/) ("Site") or purchasing our digital products ("Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our Products.

KOVE Seoul ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

KOVE Seoul sells digital products including career guides, resume templates, and resources delivered electronically via download link or email. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our Products, but we do not guarantee that descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

3.2 License Grant
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the purchased Product. This license allows you to:

• Use the Product for personal or commercial purposes
• Modify, customize, or adapt the Product for your own use
• Create derivative works based on the Product for your own projects

3.3 License Restrictions
You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the Product (original or modified) with others
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original Product
• Include the Product in any template marketplace, bundle, or subscription service
• Share your download link or access credentials with others
• Use the Product to create competing products for sale

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in USD (or the currency displayed on the Site) and are subject to change without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Stripe or equivalent). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount due. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

4.3 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction. Prices displayed do not include taxes unless explicitly stated.

4.4 Order Confirmation

5. Refunds and Returns

5.1 Digital Product Policy
Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the Product has been delivered and the download link has been accessed.

5.2 Exceptions
We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in the following cases:

• Technical issues preventing Product download or access (if we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours)
• Duplicate purchases made in error (must be reported within 7 days)
• Product materially different from description (must provide evidence and report within 7 days of purchase)

5.3 Refund Requests
To request a refund, contact hello@koveseoul.com (mailto:hello@koveseoul.com) with your order number, purchase date, and detailed reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All Products, Site content, designs, templates, graphics, text, software, and other materials are the intellectual property of KOVE Seoul or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Trademarks
KOVE Seoul, our logo, and any other trademarks or service marks displayed on the Site are the property of KOVE Seoul. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

6.3 DMCA and Copyright Infringement

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
