3 Secret Job Boards to Land a Global Career Position in Korea
Here are three job boards Koreans already use to find English-friendly, global companies in Korea

Instead of applying to big job boards like Saramin or JobKorea, there are actually English-friendly global job boards that Koreans are already using. Yet, most foreigners have never heard of them, so here are three that list the roles you are actually looking for.
1. PeopleNJob

PeopleNJob is a Korean platform built specifically for foreign-affiliated companies, global enterprises, and headhunting. Koreans call this category “외국계 취업전문 사이트”, which means a site that specializes in jobs at foreign-owned companies.
Not every posting here is foreigner-friendly, and many still expect Korean. But even when a role is not for you, the site works as a map. It shows you which global companies are hiring in Korea right now, and that is information you can start utilizing to your advantage. For example, you can find and network with the people there on LinkedIn.
2. TheVC

thevc.kr is a database of Korean startups, their funding, and their latest hiring trends. You can filter companies by their nationality, and look at 미국 (US) or 중국 (China) to surface global-leaning startups. Better yet, find the startups that recently raised money from American investors. A company that just closed foreign funding is often expanding globally, more open to English, and more likely to need someone who understands a market outside Korea. You are not just finding a job. You are finding a company at the moment it needs you.
3. Superookie

Superookie is an all-in-one community platform aimed at people in their 20s and 30s who are early to mid-career. It is more than a list of postings. You can also find opportunties for global corporate competitions. For a foreigner who feels shut out of Korean professional networks, a community platform like this is a way in.
How to use them to your advantage
Start on PeopleNJob to build a list of global companies hiring in Korea. Cross-check theVC to see which of them just got funded and are likely growing. Then use Superookie to find a community and corporate competition opportunities.
I actually curated a list of global companies using these exact sites, but including their hiring signals, the problems they are solving, and their financials.
